There are several foods that react like wheat in the body, and some of them are surprisingly common in gluten-free foods!! These are called “wheat analogs”: foods that aren't wheat, but yet they cause a gluten-like food allergy reaction for celiac and wheat-intolerant people.

Nutrition is personalized, not the same for everyone. That's why its so important to find out our own food allergy triggers before they cause inflammation in the body. This dietary advice is especially for new wheat sensitive people or celiacs, to help them not have more reactions. This gluten-free diet advice can be used immediately.
